Yesterday I had my first live hypnosis session ever and I’m grateful to Mistress Carol for her wonderful skills.
I was very nervous to start, but as Mistress calmed me down she began the induction. She used a progressive relaxation method starting at the tip of my head and drawing her spell down through my feet. During this process, I wasn’t sure I would fall into trance. But I started to fall deeper and deeper into relaxation and felt my arm fall off the couch and my hand eventually rested on the floor.
After that I could hear hear everything she said including when she embedded a trigger for future use. However, I don’t remember any of the trance details and despite accepting her trigger, I no longer remember it, but I have no doubt it will work if she uses it in our next live session.
