Hypnosis Definition:
Erotic hypnosis is hypnosis with an added sexual component, used to create a sexual response, increase arousal and to enhance sexual pleasure, using words and trance instead of touch.
What does that mean?
Regular hypnosis is a trance-like state of consciousness in which typical conscious boundaries are bypassed allowing the listener to enter the subconscious mind where limits do not exist. Since limits do not exist, the subconscious can engage in all sorts of sexual desires and fantasies without conscious interference.
During hypnosis, the hypnotised subject enters an “altered state” in which they appear mesmerized. In such a state, they are much more open to suggestions, have increased focused attention, heightened concentration and may also experience vivid fantasies. In fact, those who become easily immersed in their own inner fantasies or daydreams are much more responsive to hypnosis.
What Happens During Erotic Hypnosis?
During erotic hypnosis, the subject enters a hypnotic trance state of altered consciousness, during which all their senses become heightened to whatever stimuli the hypnotist is suggesting. In other words, they may hear, feel, see, smell, taste, and become fully immersed within the fantasy they are engaged in.
In this way, they become completely engrossed in visualizing, or thinking about the fantasy, as if it were playing out in real life, like entering a multiverse or virtual reality. To the subject, the fantasy feels very real, which is why it is so exciting and becoming increasingly popular.
Does Erotic Hypnosis Work?
There are many skeptics who naturally don’t believe in anything, and they wonder “Is Erotic Hypnosis Real?”
The short answer is, yes. As I mentioned above, I have hypnotized more than 4,000 clients over the years, using erotic trance. But, don’t just take my word for it. Look at the science behind hypnosis.
“Erotic hypnosis does work as long as the person being hypnotized feels safe and comfortable to do so, and is able to be hypnotized.” Dr. David Spiegel, Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Stanford University School of Medicine, found that approximately two thirds of adults can be hypnotized[i], where as about “ten percent of the population is generally categorized as ‘highly hypnotizable’.[ii]”
People more prone to hypnosis tend to be more trusting, imaginative, intuitive, experimental and more able to suspend disbelief, like when you get caught up in watching a good movie.
During Spiegel’s study, they also found that “hypnotizability is associated with higher levels of the dopamine”, a neurotransmitter also called the “happy hormone,” that allows us to feel pleasure, enthusiasm and excitement. Dopamine is also released during orgasm.[iii]
So, not only does erotic hypnosis work, it also feels good, which is why many people are getting into this type of hypno-kink.
Can Anyone Be Hypnotized?
I personally believe that anyone can be hypnotized, but, you must believe you can be hypnotized. If you believe it works, or you don’t believe it works, you are right. Your mind is an extremely powerful and mysterious part of you.
Your thoughts direct the experiences you have in life. When pared down hypnosis is relaxation, focused concentration and decreased awareness of the stimuli around you. You dive deep into your mind and you leave everything else behind following the hypnotist into your subconscious mind. If you are willing to let go and follow, you will be hypnotized.
How Does Erotic Hypnosis Work?
During my guided erotic hypnosis sessions, I lead people into a very relaxed state and trance with guided suggestions typically using an induction. Sometimes I use previously installed triggers or post-hypnotic suggestions to gently guide them into an altered state where their subconscious mind is more open to suggestion. In this state of mind, you are able to let go of inhibitions that you may normally not be able to do while conscious, thus able to go deep into your erotic fantasies. Trusting your hypnotist is a big factor into helping you with this “letting go”.
In these fantasies anything imaginable can and does happen, depending on the creativity of your hypnotist, which allows the subjects to play out fantasies that could not possibly happen in real life like having sex on a cloud or in outer space. It also gives that person permission to try out a fantasy that they may feel is too taboo for them to try in real life, but is something they secretly desire, like cuckolding, or sissification.

The true definition of mind control is subverting by means of psychological tactics on an individual’s control of his or her mind. One acknowledged technique to accomplish this is hypnosis. Can a Hypnotist Make You Do Things You Don’t Want to Do?
The short answer is no. Your subconscious mind is wired to your belief systems. If you don’t enjoy financial domination or sissy hypnosis, and someone tries to trance you this way, you come out of trance. You automatically object, even if subconsciously, to the information being said to you and your mind ends the experience abruptly.

How is Erotic Hypnosis Different from ASMR?
ASMR [autonomous sensory meridian] (also referred to as brain tingles) is a flow-like mental state that may induce arousal from certain noises or watching very specific types of videos.
Triggers could include watching someone run their fingers through their hair, the sound of pages being turned in a book, low volume sounds and soothing voices, whispering, scratching, crinkling, or light touch. It is said to be deeply relaxing and comforting.[iv]
According to ASMR University, ASMR feels like:
- Physical sensations (what you feel): light and pleasurable tingles, sparkles, fuzziness, or waves of relaxation in the head, neck, spine, and throughout the rest of the body.
- Psychological sensations (how you feel): deep and soothing feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, peacefulness, restfulness, or sleepiness.[v]
So, while it has some pleasurable similarities to erotic hypnosis, ASMR is very different.
How Long Does Erotic Hypnosis Take?
That’s entirely up to you. I have many listeners who start to fade away simply by listening to the sound of my voice. Many more respond immediately to the word sleep (snap). It can take one second. It can take fifteen minutes. It all depends on your hypnotic training and your willingness to “let go” and enter a trance state.
If you find you are resistant to a quick hypnotic entry, remember, many who are able to do this have been trancing for years. It doesn’t mean you can’t do it. You just haven’t learned to do it yet.
The length of erotic hypnosis recordings varies. Many listeners like to use erotic hypnosis overnight while they are sleeping. Others have trouble with longer trances and enjoy shorter ones. Every listener is different in the way they trance and what they like. There is no one size fits all in erotic hypnosis.

What is an Orgasmic Trigger?
An orgasmic trigger can be a multitude of stimuli. What is a Hypnotic Suggestion?
A hypnotic suggestion is something you do or experience during or after your trance that was suggested to you by the hypnotist. It’s a directive given by the hypnotist for the subject to accomplish such as a completing a task or experiencing a feeling. “When you hear a duck quack, you come” is a hypnotic suggestion. Whether you do it is entirely up to you. A hypnotist cannot make anyone who doesn’t want to quit smoking, quit smoking. Nor can she/he make you come when a duck quacks unless you want to come when that duck quacks.
You need not be concerned that someone can make you do something you don’t want to do. If it doesn’t resonate with you subconsciously, your subconscious mind ignores it.

How do I know If I have Been Hypnotized or Not?
Are you relaxed? Did everything around you seem to fade away? Did you find yourself focused on what was being said to you? You were hypnotized.
Afterwards, Do You Remember What Happened During the Trance?
Again, this is entirely up to the listener. Many enjoy being hypnotized and not remembering the trance, yet, following all the instructions (subconsciously) that were placed inside during hypnosis. It’s a rush and extremely sexy. But, many people remember everything.

Practice. Practice. Practice. Practice does make perfect and the more you do it the better you get at it.
