5.1 Choice of Law The applicable law governing any legal cause of action arising between the User and EROTIC HYPNOSIS FOR MEN shall be the law of the jurisdiction of the State of California, USA.

5.2 Venue/Jurisdiction In the event a legal dispute or cause of action arising between EROTIC HYPNOSIS FOR MEN and User, User agrees to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of California, USA.

SECTION 6: CONFLICTS

6.1 Conflict of Provisions. Where any conflict or contradiction appears between the provisions of EROTIC HYPNOSIS FOR MEN’s terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the Websites shall prevail in respect of User’s use of the relevant section or module of the Website.

6.2 Conflict of Law BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE RESPECTIVE LIABILITY OF EROTIC HYPNOSIS FOR MEN, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, AND THEIR SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

SECTION 7: FINAL AGREEMENT AND WAIVER

7.1 Final Agreement These terms constitute the entire agreement between EROTIC HYPNOSIS FOR MEN and User.

7.2 No Implied Waiver Any failure by EROTIC HYPNOSIS FOR MEN to exercise or enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. EFFECTIVE DATE: May 21, 2021.

SECTION 8: COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

8.1 If you would like to file a complaint contact our company’s complaint department at info@erotichypnosisformen.com.  All complaints will be reviewed and addressed within seven business days via email reply to your complaint.

8.2  If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by sending an email to info@erotichypnosisformen.com.  If there should be a disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
