i don’t need this any more, because I have moved on to the Relaxation Clinic II, which takes me regularly….but visiting this repeatedly first is essential to prepare subjects for the deeper experience.
Initially I found this a little too theatrical, like role-play…the more i listened the more real it became and the deeper the effects went. I have trouble visualising moving spirals…i experimented with downloading spirals on a screen and trying to project…but the more i give in and let it arise from within the more powerful the experience
i reccommend spacing out visits several times over a couple of weeks. it blurs the line but is worthwhile preparation

I have been regrettably absent from Mistress Carol’s voice for some time now, but this truly was a perfect session to return to – not only does it act as an introduction (or re-introduction) to Mistress Carol’s wonderful world of obedience and control, but it involves so many enjoyable aspects of her hypnotic skill and weaving of fantasy.
